ALA REFERRAL PROGRAM

Current ALA families are the best promoters of our school through word-of-mouth recommendations to family and friends. We want to thank you for these efforts through our New ALA Referral Program!

Earn $250 tuition credit for each referred family who enrolls at Advance Learning Academy or for a staff/teacher hired to help our students advance! See below for full details.

How It Works

Parents and guardians will receive a $250 tuition credit for each new family they formally refer to Advance Learning Academy and who are accepted based on admission requirements. Tuition credits will be applied at the end of the school year to the referring family’s account after the new student has been accepted, completes enrollment, and attends school for at least 1 semester. All referrals must adhere to the New ALA Referral Program’s rules and regulations. Multiple new students from a referred family count as one referral.

A $250 tuition credit can also be received when parents/guardians directly refer a staff/teacher to our school and that applicant is hired on a full time or part time basis.  Tuition credits will be applied at the end of the school year to the referring family’s account after the staff/teacher is employed for at least 6 months.

Eligibility

Parents and guardians (who are not currently employed by ALA) with an enrolled student in good standing who is paying tuition to Advance Learning Academy are eligible to receive the referral incentive. The referral credit does not apply to parent’s referring a sibling of a currently enrolled student.

Program Rules

New Students:

The referring family is identified on the application in the section “How did you hear about us?” by selecting “Current Student” and entering the referring child or parent’s name in the “Details” field.

Notifying the office, sending an email, or writing the referring parent’s name on the Tuition & Enrollment Agreement does not meet this eligibility requirement. Referrals may not be made retroactively. No exceptions will be made to this requirement.

The referred family cannot be in the school’s database concerning a previous enrollment inquiry or have children previously enrolled at ALA.
The new family must enroll a student at ALA and attend school for 1 semester before the tuition credit is applied.
Regular enrollment criteria must be met. The final decision for family acceptance rests with the recommendation from the school administration.

New Staff/Teachers:

The referring family is identified on the employment application in the section “How did you hear about us?” by selecting “Current Family” and entering the referring child or parent’s name in the “Details” field.

Notifying the office, sending an email, or writing the referring parent’s name on employee paperwork does not meet this eligibility requirement. Referrals may not be made retroactively. No exceptions will be made to this requirement.

Final Notes:

The tuition credit will be applied to your overall family tuition bill, not toward each child within your family. If you have paid your tuition in full for the year, the credit will be applied toward the next school year’s tuition.
All credits will be applied to reduce tuition and cannot be paid in cash. The credits have no cash value.  If you pay the entire tuition through credits, referral credits can roll over to the next school year but under no circumstances will they be refunded.
